The rool of the long lease
1. The minimal term of long lease is 1 month.
2. Deposit included and cannot be deducted.
3. After a month not used the deposit does not come back, but can be transferred for other month.
4. Àarrival at 15-30, departure at 12-00 in Dacha hotel "Lada Holiday"
5. Breakfasts are not included as well as all other feed and additional services. These charges are written off from the deposit.
6. The visitors living in Dacha hotel "Lada Holiday" can use an opportunity to spend deposit in other hotel " Istra Holiday ", except meals.
